Cinta Tomato, Cintatomato.com its affiliates provide their services to you subject to the following terms, conditions, and provisions ("Terms and Conditions"). By accessing, viewing, or using this site and catalogue, you indicate that you understand and intend these Terms and Conditions to be the legal equivalent of a signed, written contract, and you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time for any reason, and your continued use of this site following any modifications will be deemed to constitute acceptance of such modifications.
PRODUCTS AND CARE
General sensible care must be taken to ensure product longevity. Cinta Tomato recommends gently wiping the product with a damp cloth and drying with a soft cloth.
PRICES
- All taxes and duties that may be applicable in countries outside Bali (Indonesia) are your responsibility, as is any fee charged for customs clearance once the jewelry has left Bali.
- All prices are quoted FOB Indonesia.
- All our prices are in US$.
- Shipping cost are at your charge.
ORDERING
1 PROCEDURE
- 1 Send your order by email to contact@cintatomato.com to insure availability, confirm shipping price and/or delivery delay confirmation. Fill up this order form with precise references, quantities and prices
- 2 We send you a summary order form with time delivery and pro-format invoice.
- 3 To validate your order, you have to transfer a 30% down payment to our bank account (shipping cost not included). Contact us to get the Bank details.
Please list delivery address if different from invoice address - 4 As soon as the order is ready to be shipped, we will inform you by sending your Balance Invoice by email. Payment will release expedition
2 ORDER DELIVERY
This will be advised on order confirmation and depends on items ordered.

3 PAYMENT
- We accept only US$ or Euros
- Accounts are payable by :

- Bank Transfer
- A deposit of 30% is required on order confirmation, with balance to be paid before we release export documentation (or goods on locally collected orders)

4 SHIPPING and DELIVERY
- We use DHL for sending the orders but if you have an account with DHL, or UPS, we can use it as well.
- All deliveries by DHL must be made to a physical street address. DHL does not deliver to PO Boxes.
- For security reasons, all shipments must be signed-for and accepted by the person who is ordering the shipment.
